About Simone

Simone Evans is a fine artist, textile designer, international teaching artist.

With over a decade in practice, Simone holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile and Material Studies, grounding her work in both technical mastery and deep material exploration.

Her practice lives at the intersection of art, travel, nature, and self-expression. Through textile art methods such as Water Marbling,  Silk Painting, Botanical Printing, and Shibori Dyeing, she creates work that captures movement, place, and story.

Each piece—whether a fine art print or art wear—is an invitation to experience creativity as freedom.

With a passion for both making and teaching, Simone curates and leads immersive art experiences around the world, transforming public spaces, cultural sites, and natural landscapes into living classrooms.

With textile arts taught internationally in gardens, museums, beaches, rivers, resorts, and historic spaces—from New York to Los Angeles, Jamaica, Paris, London and beyond—building meaningful connections through shared creative practice.

Guided by gratitude, curiosity, and a love for global exchange and art education, Simone’s work celebrates creativity as a way of living, traveling, and connecting across cultures.
